Do you offer bespoke designs?


We do offer bespoke design and sizes, send us your requirements and we'll get back with an answer.




What is your returns/refund policy?


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.Please visit www.photoboards.org/myorder to start the return/exchange process or to notify us of a problem with your order. This notifies us of your reason for return. We will reply with an email within 24 hours including instructions on where to return your item/s to. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@photoboards.org. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. If you are shipping a high value order, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, this is your responsibility.




Do you offer double sided photo boards and vinyls?


We don't recommend double sided printing we feel it better to have a side that you don't have to worry what the surface is that I've put it on.




Do you print bespoke backgrounds of any size


We have printed several bespoke backgrounds for Marriott Hotels, we will be adding these to the website site soon




Can I use a macro lens?


Our images are specifically used as backgrounds to enhance your photography by making the illusion of a real background, not for photography using a macro lens as if you will magnify more than what the eye can see.




Which printer do you use?


Our Epson SC-S80600 printer produces outstanding output with superb colours and clarity. Using nine UltraChrome GS3 inks - Black, Light Black, Cyan, Light Cyan, Yellow, Magenta, Light Magenta, Red and Orange which gives a wide colour gamut of photo realistic quality.




Do the boards fade with time?


No - we use inks that are UV resistant specifically manufactured for external applications guaranteed for a minimum of 3 years, but for use as photographic back grounds should last indefinitely




Why are your boards laminated unlike your competitors?


Lamination protects against damage, stains, spillage & scratches etc and boards are easily cleaned with a damp cloth




Whats the best way to store your products?


Rigid boards should be stored flat or vertical and out of direct sunlight or heat to prevent distortion




Can hot dishes be placed on boards?


As long as pan or plate are not too hot to touch it will be fine, but use a trivet if you think plate is too hot




What are the rules regarding copyright?


You can freely use Style Background photo boards in your own photography as a backdrop to at least one other subject, without needing to credit anyone - even if you sell your photos for commercial gain or they are published by a third party. The photos are yours, even if you used our backgrounds in the making of them. You cannot directly reproduce the designs.
